We are proud to offer you a 30 days exchange on our site *.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your goods, we will exchange or give you a refund of your item* within 30 days from the date of original shipment.

All returned or exchanged items must be in their original packaging and include all labels, all packaging materials, manuals and accessories.

No package will be accepted without a "Return Merchandise Authorization - RMA".

To receive a RMA allows you to return the product, please log in to your account and select "My merchandise returns". We will provide you the return address on the slip.

Note that this RMA will remain valid for 30 days counted from the initial shipping date.

This return slip must be appear to the outside of the package with the RMA number clearly visible. If not we reserve the right to refuse any package not clearly identified.

1.Defective Products

Ask for a RMA for your account, then we will contact you with a code free shipment from Canada Post.

If we receive the returned product within 30 days from the date of initial shipment, we will refund you or replace it depending of your preference. Otherwise only the exchange will be offered after validation of the defect by our technicians.

2.Product not defective **

We are proud to offer a return of the new product (unopened) for 30 days running from the initial shipping date.

Ask for a RMA from for account. The return address will be shown on the slip.

Note that we can deduct up to 10% of the price to restock the product.
